Product features
JHTD Acid Mist Purification Tower is a low resistance, low energy consumption, low noise and high processing efficiency device.
JHTD Acid Mist Purification Tower can handle acid mist gas such as hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, ammonia gas, phosphoric acid residue and hydrogen sulfide. Sodium hydroxide 3. is used as the absorption neutralizing liquid, and the purification efficiency is 95%-98% or more.
JHTD Acid Mist Purification Tower has high efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, light weight and durability, and beautiful appearance.
Working Principles
Under the action of the fan, the dust-containing gas is trapped through the suction hood and enters the acid mist purification tower through the suction pipe, and rapidly fills the intake section.
Through the equalization section, it rises to the first-stage packing layer, wind action make the filler ball turbulent, so that the acidic substance in the gas phase and the alkaline substance for spraying are fully chemically transferred to the reaction. The substance produced by the reaction flows into the lower storage tank with water.
The acid gas that has not been completely absorbed continues to rise into the secondary spray section, and the absorbing liquid is ejected from the uniform nozzle at a high speed, forming numerous fine droplets in intimate mixed contact with the gas, and the chemical reaction continues, and then the acid gas rises to the second.
The turbulent flow absorbs the spray section and performs an absorption process similar to that of the first stage. The gas enters the demister at the top of the tower body, and the absorbing liquid en-trained in the gas is removed therefrom, and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere from the upper end of the tower.
