A. Application:Used for car/tubular battery small cover leakage testing.

B. Operation: The battery is automatically input into the machine through photoelectric sensor automatic positioning and clamping, the machine automatically aerates the battery chamber. The machine will alarm automatically if the battery is below the standard and push them to rejected area, and the qualified battery will output the next process automatically.

C. Features: High testing accuracy, PLC control action, safe and reliable, using imported pressure sensor, high resolution. Testing time and differential pressure can be adjusted to meet different requirements of customers.

D. Main configuration: 316L stainless steel frame, Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, Delta color touch screen display, Japanese SMC pressure sensor/pressure regulating valve, Taiwan technology pneumatic components, and well-known brands such as Schneider and CHINT and so on low-voltage electrical appliances.
