Test methods (Same as PP FLAME ARRESTORS)

Acid-proof Test:

a. Test the sample weight,show as m1 and the unit of the weight should be 0.0001g;

b. Put the sample at 40℃ temperature 100h in 1.300/20℃ H2SO4;

c. Put the sample out and use pure water wash the sample and the sample must show no acid feature after washed;

d. Put the sample in drying oven with 100℃ temperature till the weight of sample with no change;

e. When the sample cold,test the weight in room temperature,the weight show as m2;

Acid-proof =(M1-M2)/M1×100%

Water Repellent Test:

Put the flame arrestor in level place,with dropper drops a drop of water,see the contact angel between water drop and flame arrestor.At least 5pcs sample must be test in room temperature.

Feature

1. Appearance is no lacerate, crack and shall be no iron powder or particle into the PP+PE Battery Flame Arrestors.

2. PP+PE Battery Flame Arrestors' size tolerance of the top and the side within 1mm.

3. For the local defect, the maximum size within 1mm,and it can be only one place is local defect.

4. Can also be customized according to customer needs.

5. No distinction between front side and reverse side of PP+PE Battery Flame Arrestors, better than some Amercian company.
