1. Application: Used for acid dumping of car/tubular battery.

2. Operation: The machine automatically sends the required (2~4) batteries into the station. The battery is automatically and accurately positioned by photoelectric induction. At the same time, the device starts to automatically rotate to the required position for battery acid dumping (the acid dumping time can be set). The dumped well acid battery will be automatically sent to the next process through automatically and accurately positioned by photoelectric induction. At the same time, another battery is dumping acid. The process proceeds in a loop.

3. Features: The machine adopts unique double layer conveyor chain plate design to maximize productivity. The whole machine is highly automated, accurate and fast, and the battery acid dumping is realized by computer control.
